What are the shipping times?
CELLULA structures are handmade and delivered within 8 weeks of the order, to ensure artisanal quality and careful packaging.
Standard shipping time may vary depending on destination and carrier.
Complete HABITAT terrariums, as shown in the photos (including concrete structure, substrate, live moss and plants), cannot be shipped by courier and are available only for hand delivery in Milan and surrounding areas.

CELLULA structures are currently shipped to Italy, Europe, and the United States.

How much does shipping cost?
To ensure transparency and simplicity, we apply a flat shipping rate by geographic zone:


Customs duties and taxes
For orders shipped outside the European Union, any customs duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the Buyer.
The Seller is not responsible for any additional costs applied by the destination country's customs.
We recommend checking with local authorities for potential customs fees before placing an order.

What is the starter kit?
It's what you need to start creating your own terrarium

Are moss included into the package?

How are the products packaged?
Each CELLULA is carefully packaged using protective materials to ensure it arrives intact and undamaged.
Can I return the product?
Cellula: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us to initiate a return.
Custom projects made on commission are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund is approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking code via email to follow your package.
